Lake Michigan Custom Home
Roger Gribi professionally led us every step of building a custom home on Lake Michigan. Roger directed us to an excellent draftsman to make the plan changes that we desired, then he prepared the builders estimate. We went over everything with Roger and he explained, in detail, exactly what we could expect. We broke ground on our lot and the project began in June 2004. There were absolutely zero surprises and we were 100% satisfied!
In July 2006 we called Gribi Builders to come back and finished our lower lever. As before, there were no surprises and the job was done completely to our satisfaction. Everyone that has come to visit us has remarked on the workmanship and quality of construction. They are amazed that you can still get a home built like this. I would unequivocally recommend Gribi Builders to anyone. They are honest, hardworking, professional and completely true to their word.

Four Hours Away
The first positive that comes to mind is trust. We live in Ann Arbor most of the year, and the home to be constructed was four hours away, meaning we couldn’t drive by each day to check the progress. Despite the infrequent visits to the site, we had complete faith in the integrity of the work being done. This was true not only of the Gribi brothers but also of the various other workers, such as electricians and plumbers, who contributed to the project.
